You want to laugh???

So we had a costume kick off party for choir, kicking off the new year~!! OH MY GOSH. my lovely dh actually let me mohawk his hair and spray it blue!!! it rocks!!!! And I did a really tall side pony tail and the poof bangs! LOL our outfits are OK but hey! it was fun! we went to a skating rink (Matt's FAVE thing to do!) I can not skate all though I tried holding on to Matt for dear life. It was so much fun, I'm gonna be SORE tomorrow, but it was nice!! needed a good time! now i'm wiped out like crazy! good thing there is no school tomorrow!!

I know I haven't been on in a while, it's been crazy and I've been sick. I had a really bad cold sinus crud thing and was home last weekend with a fever and misery!!! I also inadvertently stuck myself with a used needle at work. The safety cap was not so great and the needle went through the cap and into my finger AFTER I stuck the kid. Unfortunately the parent does not want the child to go through "testing" so I'm stuck taking anti-HIV medication!! I'm having weekly blood draws and feel pretty much like dirt! i start the day off ok but get very fatigued by mid afternoon. It's a very potent drug and it leaves me wiped. BUT it will protect me from any viral infections or converting to HIV+. Honestly I'm not even worried, but protocol is necessary. The work comp doc did help me some by cutting my work day down to 6 hours instead of 8hours b/c of the side effects. That will help tremendously!!! We're off tomorrow anyway for Martin Luther King day, so I can rest! I have 3 more weeks of treatment to continue. Also unfortunately it could be very potentially dangerous to get pg at this time, so the infertile chick had to sign a form stating I will not attempt to get PG in the next 4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. HA HA HA funny cuz God hasn't really allowed it for 4 YEARS much less the next 4 weeks!!! Sense of humor I spose!!! So we are on a 2 month mandated break. Honestly we've been on a break b/c we are out of money for treatments. The next things we do will be injectable stim's with IUI (Intrauterine insemination) and it is much more expensive!!! We are going on cruise for spring break instead! so that is our next project we are working on. Matt is being good, supporting me and letting me crash at night, picking up more of the work around the house. So that is it from here for the moment.
